We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and maintenance mechanics. This is a permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment issues that impact productivity.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and LEAN principles and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with GMP, OSHA, and LEAN principles and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
